I've put two FR10 packing proposals beside each other. One leaves the presentation fixture unpriced. The other omits operator training. Both totals look better than the complete job will cost

Give both suppliers the same scope lines and mark unpriced work explicitly. Do the offers also assume the same person prepares the boxed kits and clears the finished trays?

No. One assumes our packer prepares everything. I've added that work and asked both suppliers to state their staffing assumptions before comparing totals again
