Need an agreed finish check before buying pads for our FR10 bezel transfer. One inspector rejects a faint ring, another wipes it and passes it. Supplier wants us to order softer pads. We haven't even agreed whether wiping belongs in the inspection method, never mind whether the new pad releases cleanly.
I'd ask quality to settle the handling and viewing method using identified samples first, including whether that wipe is permitted; otherwise you'll buy the next pads and have exactly the same argument, just with another invoice attached.
Quality wants untouched samples alongside any cleaned ones. Good. Asked the supplier for pad details and representative transfers into our tray, with samples kept identifiable. No pad order yet.
Will they price that trial separately from the pads? Might be worth paying for a useful comparison, but I'd want its agreed scope rather than another video of a bezel held above a bench.
