Main package is here. Installed tool cable present. The separate spare kit is absent, including the extra cable, and the seller keeps saying next shipment. I have the agreed list and arrival photos. I want a separate answer on the missing kit, not another update about setting up the robot.

Have they agreed a dispatch date for the complete kit, with freight responsibility stated?

No. They have now acknowledged the item list but still give no dispatch date. I've asked for the complete-kit delivery proposal and kept it separate from commissioning. Nothing has been booked that I can verify.
