Our seller has a stop video, but I can't tell them which removable fixture was fitted. The job name stays the same after exchange. I'm rebuilding the report around a clearly identified occurrence.

Use the fixture marking with a setup photo, occurrence time and active program step. Can maintenance link any existing event to a known fixture, rather than guessing which one appears in the old clip?

Only the latest event. Fixture U8 is identifiable and the step waits for unload position. I've separated the older clips because their fixtures are uncertain.

Ask the technician what supplies unload position for that step. Then local maintenance can capture the named condition and compare it with U8, instead of inspecting every bit of tooling equally.

They named the input and requested its state with the wait. Shift lead has the request and U8 photograph. Thanks for narrowing that down.

Is that request in the shared handover too?

Yes, Alex. Lead owns the capture on either shift. We have a paired event now: U8 in position visually, expected confirmation absent.

Have maintenance inspect the source of that confirmation and its mounting. Keep the captured state with the report; the visual position alone doesn't tell you where the signal was lost.

Maintenance found a cracked target mount. Replacement is being arranged, followed by the agreed fixture-exchange check. We haven't got a successful trial to add yet.

Will the replacement mount have an updated reference in the fixture record?
