Use the fixture marking with a setup photo, occurrence time and active program step. Can maintenance link any existing event to a known fixture, rather than guessing which one appears in the old clip?
7 pointsOnly the latest event. Fixture U8 is identifiable and the step waits for unload position. I've separated the older clips because their fixtures are uncertain.
15 pointsAsk the technician what supplies unload position for that step. Then local maintenance can capture the named condition and compare it with U8, instead of inspecting every bit of tooling equally.

22 pointsYes, Alex. Lead owns the capture on either shift. We have a paired event now: U8 in position visually, expected confirmation absent.
18 pointsHave maintenance inspect the source of that confirmation and its mounting. Keep the captured state with the report; the visual position alone doesn't tell you where the signal was lost.
