Ask for the dispatch packing photo and crate marks, then compare them with your arrival photos. Pallet count alone won't tell you how many crates it held.
-2分Arrival photo shows one crate on the pallet. Seller's packing photo shows two separate crates with different marks, but no photo of them consolidated.
7分Ask the forwarder for the consolidation record using both marks. We had a delivery status that belonged to the outer pallet, while one package had been split off earlier. Their general tracking page never told that story.
