What appearance requirement applies to the visible cylindrical surface? Agree that comparison first, including the viewing conditions and the condition of the samples before handling.
5分We have an approved appearance sample. Supplier used a phone torch instead of the specified inspection light.
19分Use the specified method for acceptance. The torch may help locate a mark, but it should not silently replace the viewing conditions you agreed for judging the finish.

15分Ask for untouched collars from the same supply beside the handled ones. We have had enough arguments about lines on shiny parts to know that a nice label saying test sample does not tell you when the line appeared.
8分Include the pad replacement interval as an open question too. A clean first sample does not tell you how often maintenance will have to change the contacts.
