13分I'd put the agreed adapter beside the delivered one in the order discussion. A replacement can be workable and still need an application review. The seller should explain the change instead of treating the matching bolt pattern as the end of it.

6分The original trial should remain attached to the original assembly. I mean do not replace its adapter name in the trial sheet and let an old result become approval of the delivered one.

18分Jane, I agree on who should explain and fund the change. I would still consider the replacement if they supply a complete assessment and the application checks work out. Returning usable hardware is not automatically the best outcome either.
5分Naomi's warning is useful. I've seen a parts list updated while the demonstration photos stayed untouched. Looks wonderfully complete until you try to order the same thing again
14分Emma, if the longer tool changes how trays are swapped, will your operator get to review that too? The actual changeover is easy to lose in this adapter argument
