Our arm arrived and the seller says the controller and arm cable were sent separately. I have the received-crate photographs and the original contents list, but no label or reference for the missing package. Setup is waiting. I would like one answer that concerns the missing hardware rather than congratulations on the arm arriving.
Ask for the missing package's mark, contents and claimed handover details. Keep controller and cable as separate open lines until the seller shows whether they travelled together.
