Arm received. Controller and pendant cable absent. Seller says separate shipment but sends only the arm receipt. I've checked our receiving area and both packing lists. Which handover record should I request?
Have they identified a physical package containing those missing items at all? Ask for its mark, stated contents and carrier collection acknowledgement. If the answer is still just separate shipment, you don't yet have a parcel for anyone to trace.
