No part numbers beside it, just an arrow covering several rows; could mean all of them, could mean the troublesome one somebody was talking about.

Then leave that uncertainty visible. I would begin with the rows that identify their measurement condition and part, rather than trying to rescue the whole spreadsheet into one trend.

I've just found a separate loose-part notebook in another bracket job, so Victor, have you checked whether final inspection kept its own records instead of completing this sheet?

Quality has a final-inspection file, yes, but it covers parts after any straightening; useful acceptance records, still no answer about what the fixture produced on its own.

Some entries in ours were linked, Emma, others weren't; we're still working through it and I'm not borrowing the unlinked numbers to fill the gaps.

I've separated the clamped checks, final acceptance and unknown correction history in the review; quality and tooling will define a fresh comparison instead of declaring the old setup proven.

Who will receive that explanation with the new fixture? I would put it beside the old note too. Otherwise somebody opening the folder later may still read the arrow as a requirement.
