Start with the collector's actual receipt, linked to your crate mark and kit contents. Then ask the agent to connect that handover to its warehouse booking. They may be describing different stages, not disagreeing about the same one.

Collector receipt supplied. Agent recognises the collector, but cannot link its reference to our warehouse booking.
12分Send both records to one named forwarder contact and ask for the link by crate mark. We had a relabelling question that needed the two warehouse records together, not more guessing from the references.

0分That is progress. Keep the location check separate from any onward shipping proposal; an earlier transfer entry won't tell your installer when the actual package can be received.
