Our UR5e seller says the order, including the tool cable, went to the freight agent, and the agent says its warehouse is still waiting; they've both sent references but neither has shown me the crate, so what should I ask for before someone forwards the same email a fourth time?

Do the two references identify the same collection and receiving locations?
10分No, seller's reference names a local collection depot and the agent's names the export warehouse; I hadn't spotted the different addresses because everyone kept calling both of them warehouse. I've asked for the handover between those places.
3分Did either side produce that handover record?
