Don't buy a sensor from the message alone. Our tray could be physically present without sitting where its confirmation expected it. Yours might be something else, but support needs the installed arrangement too.

Leave the older ones unclassified then. Six films don't make six examples of the same fault just because the arm ends up in roughly the same place.
