Another package, another missing spare tool cable. Our FR10 has its installed cable, but the extra one is waiting for our next shipment, according to the seller. We have no shipment planned. I'd like to stop making that somebody else's surprise.

Ask purchasing for a standalone spare-kit follow-up, with the missing cable reference.

Only take the credit after checking replacement cost and compatibility. A quick answer can still leave Hassan spending more to get the same spare.

Pavel, purchasing owns it now. Kai and Ben, we asked for both options without choosing. No stock answer from the seller yet, so separate dispatch isn't a real offer either.
