We had a spare filter closed as received because the installed one appeared on the equipment checklist. Put the ordered spare quantity and received spare quantity on one line, beside the original agreement.
10分I sent that comparison with the agreed kit contents; they now acknowledge the extra cable is outstanding but still say it will join another shipment.
11分Ask whether the cable is in stock and allocated to your kit. Another shipment could mean anything.
