FR10 read-only query fails on one laptop

Workshop query times out. Visitor's laptop worked, but its route is undocumented. Intermittent ping isn't settling the difference.

Compare the actual documented query on both laptops through their usual launchers. Confirm the intended endpoint, loaded software and selected route with the network owner, not just whether each machine answers ping. The working laptop needs its settings captured while it is actually working.

Visitor returned. Same endpoint and software, different selected route. IT is reviewing the workshop configuration; controller settings unchanged.
