I am keeping the delivered setup unpowered because the pendant connection shown in its guide differs from ours; the seller has the order number, but which equipment and document identifiers would help their technician locate the correct instructions?

Guide revision plus the controller and pendant model and serial labels. Clear connector photos too.

16分Have the technician confirm that the supplied controller, pendant and lead belong together, as well as naming the matching guide. A more similar picture would not settle that question.
