An FR10 dispatch claim without a carrier receipt

I've requested that record and the crate marks. Their latest reply says collection arranged. I have asked whether arranged means a completed collection or a proposed one. No change in the carrier status.

Could the carrier confirm whether it holds any acceptance record under that label reference, while the seller explains its wording?

I'd tell the planner that collection is unconfirmed now, because arranged has an impressive ability to become arriving soon by the time somebody books a technician.

Ask for the next actual collection proposal, then. At least you're no longer asking a carrier to trace a crate it hasn't acknowledged receiving.

Same crate marks, but only a proposed slot. The seller is waiting for confirmation. I have kept the original tracking reference beside it; nothing yet establishes that the crate has been collected.
