I'm trying to establish whether our separate FR10 order, including its tray gripper, has actually left the seller. The carrier page still shows label created. The seller keeps calling it shipped and sending that same page, without a collection record. I need a reliable position before the workshop books setup time.
On a previous delivery we found the seller meant booked when they said dispatched, so I would ask for the carrier acceptance or handover record matched to the crate identifiers rather than another tracking screenshot.
I've requested that record and the crate marks. Their latest reply says collection arranged. I have asked whether arranged means a completed collection or a proposed one. No change in the carrier status.
I'd tell the planner that collection is unconfirmed now, because arranged has an impressive ability to become arriving soon by the time somebody books a technician.
