Our UR5e inspection examples call a bright line a scratch, but it shifts when the same trim plate is turned slightly, so before I pay for more tuning I want quality's actual plate judgement linked to the image rather than another confident arrow
Start with identified retained plates and quality's agreed inspection method. Ask for accepted bright finishes as well as confirmed scratches, then compare their images under recorded presentation conditions. A changing bright line alone cannot establish the condition of the physical surface.

Has the support comparison produced a repeatable presentation yet, Oliver? Include the loading person's check of which seat is actually reached, otherwise a good reference image may remain something only the engineer can reproduce.
