Our trim-plate scratch label moves when the plate is turned

Our UR5e inspection examples call a bright line a scratch, but it shifts when the same trim plate is turned slightly, so before I pay for more tuning I want quality's actual plate judgement linked to the image rather than another confident arrow

Start with identified retained plates and quality's agreed inspection method. Ask for accepted bright finishes as well as confirmed scratches, then compare their images under recorded presentation conditions. A changing bright line alone cannot establish the condition of the physical surface.

Quality accepted the first plate and identified a real edge scratch on another, with both images now linked to their pieces; the vision engineer is comparing repeated loading because our support lets the plate sit at two slightly different angles

Has the support comparison produced a repeatable presentation yet, Oliver? Include the loading person's check of which seat is actually reached, otherwise a good reference image may remain something only the engineer can reproduce.
