FR5 report counts retry passes as extra coupons. I need accepted items, with every attempt still traceable.
Does each attempt retain the coupon's stable identity and its reviewed acceptance decision?

Identity yes. Decision lives separately. We're joining those for the total and keeping attempts underneath.
7分Check a withdrawn acceptance too; counting one historical pass per coupon can still overstate the accepted batch.
