FR5 report counts retry passes as extra coupons. I need accepted items, with every attempt still traceable.

Identity yes. Decision lives separately. We're joining those for the total and keeping attempts underneath.

Check a withdrawn acceptance too; counting one historical pass per coupon can still overstate the accepted batch.
