Our FR10 puck grip looks worse after several pickup edits. I've grouped the observations by tray and setup, with the number of attempts beside each, so we are not comparing one miss with a much longer clean run. What physical checks should sit alongside those groups before another edit?
Tray location, puck seating and the complete finger contacts. Also mounting condition and any replacement history. Your grouped results are useful, but they can't tell you whether a pad is the intended shape.
Luis, on each tray, and the carrier has its own mark. Anil, pad replacement is recorded before the latest edit. Earlier edits predate it, so that may be only part of the story.
Mei's asking the useful physical question. I'd start with an identified puck and the intended tray, then compare the other combinations rather than send maintenance a spreadsheet full of possible causes.
Maintenance found a pad sitting on a retained spacer that isn't in the intended replacement assembly. The tray and puck seating checks have not shown an obvious mismatch. Correction and program review are arranged, not completed.
