Our UR5e bracket proposal still lacks a measured starting condition

I need the initial fit-up separated from the released result. Our gusseted-bracket history says aligned while held, outside the drawing after release, then correction. I will not enter assumed starting values simply to make the proposed UR5e route look complete. Which surviving evidence should quality trace first?

Trace an identified assembly through the original sheets, checking the feature, revision and measurement condition behind each entry. If restrained alignment is only a visual fit-up check, keep it as that; it cannot supply a numerical starting dimension for the released measurement

Quality has found one released reading and a final pass for the same assembly. The alignment entry is a setter's visual tick. I have requested the correction route and kept that tick out of any calculated dimensional change.

That leaves useful evidence without a fabricated before value. Ask whether the final pass preceded or followed the recorded correction, and whether the same acceptance method applies to both measured stages

Did the route enquiry return anything? Interested whether the proposed cell is expected to include that correction, or whether someone is promising to remove it without identifying what the old process actually did.
