Receiving availability. Maintainer matched the saved step; support keeps asking for the receipt we already sent.
6分Send the author of that step the receipt and absent availability together, with the identified receiving tray. Ask what physical condition supplies availability for this job. Repeating a receipt check cannot answer that remaining question.

Author says availability includes the receiving tray's accepted state. Installer is checking that exact input, not the receipt.
14分Did the saved occurrence identify the tray's accepted state too?
21分Fiona, keep that question with the existing occurrence before asking the shift to make another video. If the state was not retained, the author should specify its capture for the next report, rather than have you guess from how the tray looks now.
