I've identified the stop and fixture, but the lamp I filmed confirms the carrier, not the spacer seated. Can I salvage this support request without another wide shot?

Send an annotated still explaining that distinction and ask the sequence owner which source confirmation they need for the captured step. The existing video can remain useful without pretending it shows the missing condition.
11分They need the seating confirmation. It's not visible in my clip. The step and time are matched.
0分Can maintenance retrieve its signal history for that interval? That could answer the recorded state, though it still won't show the physical seating if the contact was hidden.
