Look for the original inspection sheet rather than the production summary, because the failed feature and its reference may never have been copied into that margin note.
22分Found it filed under the order number, not the bracket number. Hole position was outside the requirement after release; the in-fixture check was a leg angle. Those two lines were never measuring the same thing.
15分That explains why the summary was misleading, although it leaves the cause of the released hole-position error for the fixture and process review.
24分Keep that original sheet close. I'd want the drawing revision and the inspection setup before comparing its hole-position result with another batch. And don't translate the angle check into a good hole position simply because both happened to get called alignment. That word does a remarkable amount of unpaid work in old workshop notes.
