The bracket log skips its first released check

Our FR10 bracket proposal inherits a correction step, but the old log jumps from 'aligned in fixture' to 'accepted after correction', with only a margin note saying the released assembly failed. I want to know what actually failed before we price that routine into everything.

Look for the original inspection sheet rather than the production summary, because the failed feature and its reference may never have been copied into that margin note.

Found it filed under the order number, not the bracket number. Hole position was outside the requirement after release; the in-fixture check was a leg angle. Those two lines were never measuring the same thing.

That explains why the summary was misleading, although it leaves the cause of the released hole-position error for the fixture and process review.

Keep that original sheet close. I'd want the drawing revision and the inspection setup before comparing its hole-position result with another batch. And don't translate the angle check into a good hole position simply because both happened to get called alignment. That word does a remarkable amount of unpaid work in old workshop notes.
