Our FR5 seller says handed over. Agent says awaiting receipt under another reference. Neither identifies the crate's location.

Can both sides connect their reference to the same crate mark? Our separate pallet trace needed that link; an order description was not enough to find the missing package.

Seller's packing photo has a mark. Agent's reply has none. I have asked them to match it.
