Our FR5 seller says handed over. Agent says awaiting receipt under another reference. Neither identifies the crate's location.
2 replies Can both sides connect their reference to the same crate mark? Our separate pallet trace needed that link; an order description was not enough to find the missing package.
Seller's packing photo has a mark. Agent's reply has none. I have asked them to match it.
