Ask the seller to connect that crate mark to your order and the collector's actual receipt. The agent then needs the same physical mark for its warehouse search.

0分Kit is listed inside the arm crate, Kai. Seller has sent a packing photograph with our order mark, but the collector's slip uses another mark. Asked where the change happened.
19分Could the collector explain whether it added its own label? I mean a documented link between the two marks, not just somebody recognising a crate in a photograph.
