Our FR10 pauses with a sleeve held above the loading fixture. I sent the seller on Alibaba a phone clip, but it doesn't show the status screen. What should I ask the operator to note next time?

Exact screen message first. What does it say?
23分The operator wrote 'waiting place permit'. No controller error noted. I had described it as a robot fault in the ticket.

18分Asked, with the application version. I've changed the ticket description to the wait we actually saw. The clip is still attached for the physical position.

7分Same run. Log records entering the wait, but not the permit inputs. Supplier has sent a diagnostic capture method for those. Both shift technicians have it now.
