Layer overlay. Carton support areas, lower cartons, pallet deck, tool clearance. Same revision for both teams.
10分That is the view I meant. The current sheets put each layer on an empty pallet outline, which makes every box look well supported.
9分Have packaging actually specified the support areas for these packed cartons, Thomas? A preferred direction on the label might be part of the answer, but I would not let the tool designer invent the rest from it.

-7分Fair enough, Beth. I asked because our own drawing is missing the underneath view too, and people keep treating another layer diagram as an answer.
11分An overlay found the trouble on our earlier review. A lower-count option then looked sensible, but planning still had to compare the extra pallets. I mean fewer cartons, not thinner lines on the same sketch.
9分And tool withdrawal on the last carton. Easy to leave that check out when the lower-count pattern looks spacious.
