Layer overlay. Carton support areas, lower cartons, pallet deck, tool clearance. Same revision for both teams.
10 pointsThat is the view I meant. The current sheets put each layer on an empty pallet outline, which makes every box look well supported.
9 pointsHave packaging actually specified the support areas for these packed cartons, Thomas? A preferred direction on the label might be part of the answer, but I would not let the tool designer invent the rest from it.

11 pointsAn overlay found the trouble on our earlier review. A lower-count option then looked sensible, but planning still had to compare the extra pallets. I mean fewer cartons, not thinner lines on the same sketch.
9 pointsAnd tool withdrawal on the last carton. Easy to leave that check out when the lower-count pattern looks spacious.
