I've kept the retired correction aid out of our UR5e fixture design. This current-revision history has another gap: its first check is against the clamped stops, then a released failure appears. No comparable free-part reading before welding. I want that distinction kept in the new trial scope
Name the actual checks and who performs them, rather than putting aligned in two boxes and letting the trainer explain later why they mean different things
I've separated fit-up contact, released measurement and correction. The released result is an upright-angle failure. Fit-up was only contact at the stops
Callum's support question belongs in the operator explanation too, because an angle measured while somebody holds the bracket upright can become quite a different check
Drawing F. Inspection support reference is missing, so quality is checking it. I'm not using that angle as a measured change from the earlier fit-up contact
