Our 180-carton plan uses taped corrugated boxes, but the FR5 demonstration used a smooth sample. I've already been caught leaving preparation out of a handling comparison. This time I want seams, print and rougher board represented as received. How should I agree the sample selection?
I would select actual packed examples with the person who sees incoming variation, then identify which surfaces the proposed cups would contact. Agree the test conditions and failure criteria with the tooling supplier; a collection of different-looking empty boxes could still miss the difficult handling conditions.
