Our trim plate looks seated from the camera side only

The FR5 study images look consistent. The loader cannot see the rear plate contact. How do we check ordinary loading?

Have the loader show how they decide it's seated, from their actual working position. A camera-side photograph can hide the awkward part of the job. I'd include the reference plates rather than an empty holder demonstration.

She feels behind it. There is no visible confirmation from her side. We paused the loading comparison.

Can tooling provide a visible check without obscuring the surface quality needs to inspect?

Oliver, yes, ask that before accepting a helpful new stop right across the inspection area. And Hazel, keep the real defect example in the review so visibility isn't judged on a clean plate alone.

Could the loading orientation change instead? I don't know your space. It might be worth comparing before asking the loader to perform a more elaborate check at the same hidden contact.

Tooling proposes a side loading view and a relieved holder edge. Both retain the required inspection area on paper.

Has the loader tried either proposal, or only seen the drawings?

Drawings only. Trial is planned with accepted and rejected references. No new seating result yet.
