Our UR5e imaging folder contains the same cover under both accepted and scratched. Its identifier is visible in both photographs. The bright stripe changes position, but neither label records a physical examination. I have held those images out of the tuning set until quality resolves the reference.
Once the physical reference is agreed, repeat its presentation with the lighting and camera settings recorded. You need to find why that stripe moves before anyone treats its changing shape as a defect feature.
Inspector found a small edge scuff, but neither annotation points to it. The stripe itself is not the recorded defect. They are marking the scuff location on a new full-view reference.
Luca, yes, it will be retained as an identified reject alongside accepted pieces. Owen, seating is being checked; we have not yet established what changes the stripe. The old conflicting labels are withdrawn.
Make the new reference show enough of the cover to locate that edge scuff. A tightly cropped bright feature can be hard to find again when the operator has the whole part in front of them.
