Does the tool review include the blank held during withdrawal, and the gripper opening where required, rather than only a closed-tool position at the fixture?

Yes, Clara. Original approach clashes. Designer is assessing a rotated approach at the same base, with loaded withdrawal included.

Can the setter still reach the fixture clamps from that base position?

And does the trolley check cover a changeover, not just parking?

Omar and Hassan, setter's changeover review rejected that base position. Moving it sideways is now a candidate for the complete access study. No arm selected; the rotated approach alone didn't settle the layout.
