Ask for the complete loaded assembly's mass, centre of gravity and relevant inertia information, with the intended orientations and motion assessed against the applicable manufacturer guidance rather than a bare-part total.
16分Give both suppliers the same task description when asking. I would also require them to identify excluded hardware explicitly. Otherwise one will price a complete tool and the other will keep winning with invisible fittings (until your order is placed).
15分The comparison also needs revision control. Geometry and mass data from different iterations can each be accurate while describing no assembly you will actually receive. Ask who consolidates the proposed tool information for the application assessment.
