Installed UR5e cable checked. Extra spare missing. Seller keeps saying next shipment without naming one. What should I ask next?
Our missing adapter discussion only became useful when the seller admitted it had not been made. Ask for the spare cable's actual availability and a standalone supply proposal against the agreed kit list. If they offer credit, compare a complete suitable replacement cost before accepting it; closing the order line is not the same as putting a spare in stores.
