Is there a full program export, or only pictures?
12分Only pictures in the handover folder. Controls says an export exists elsewhere, but nobody has matched it to the commissioned version yet.
14分Ask the integrator to reconcile the export with the commissioned programs, including called routines, configuration, fixture assumptions and expected ordinary PLC signals. More screenshots will not make that package reproducible.

23分Integrator matched the main program and supplied the called routines. One expects a different nest identifier from the stores sheet, so we're checking that before calling the handover complete.

24分Anika, does the integrator's package also explain the ordinary wait conditions and where maintenance can see their sources? A complete file list alone will not help the person investigating a pause.
