I supervise an FR10 bench unloading aluminium pucks. Different tutors keep correcting the pickup, but the gripper looks tilted against a seated puck. I suspect the setup, though I cannot identify which part yet.
Our pickup looks better until the next teaching change

Has anyone inspected the tool mounting and fingers under the isolation procedure before changing the teaching again?

Maintenance checked them. A finger insert was not fully seated after replacement. They corrected that and assessed the mounting. We saved the previous teaching versions instead of overwriting another one.

Which teaching version will the tutors use now? Have the corrected setup verified against an agreed reference before handing it back.

That verification is still pending. I should have said the insert was corrected, not the whole job. The bench hasn't returned to classes yet.
