Our FR5 and tray gripper order still shows label created. Seller keeps sending the same screenshot and saying shipped. What can I request that shows somebody actually took the package?
Ask for carrier acceptance or a collection receipt tied to your package marks. The screenshot you've got only repeats the booking stage. Also ask whether they changed carriers, because chasing the old label forever won't help if there's another reference they haven't sent.
