Does the current drawing show the load-bearing areas of the packed carton, or only its outside rectangle? That distinction should be visible before comparing gap positions.
17分Only outside rectangles. I overlaid the carton supplier's underside sketch and found the clash. Nobody had put that sketch in the tool review.
10分Show a section through those areas and the open fingers, including withdrawal. The final open position may not be all the space the tool needs.
17分Dinesh, would you include the pallet deck in the same section? Their first layer could have a similar issue even before rotation.
-4分Yes, deck and lower layer. And use the actual filled carton construction; an empty box comparison would be too easy.
10分Both are on the requested section. We are also asking for a lower-count arrangement to compare if packaging rejects the original. Nothing selected.
20分Does the lower-count proposal include any changed partial-pallet handling? That work should stay visible when the prices are compared.
