What keeps landing back on you? New guides, hand-straightening bags, sorting awkward ones out? I'd write those jobs down before deciding whether the robot itself is a success or a waste.
8分Mostly new guides and reshaping the pouches before loading. Also storing the old guide sets.

11分Then the interesting comparison may be regular pouches versus the mixed work, not robot versus no robot. You can keep a useful limited job without signing yourself up to rescue every new bag shape.
8分Do you have whole-order times for either group, including preparation, clearing leftovers and changing guides? I wouldn't compare the automatic transfer time with someone's complete manual job and call that the answer.

17分Yes, thanks Ben. Record that separately from hands-on labour so the delay stays visible without pretending Anika worked continuously through it. Existing order notes may already show where those waits occurred.
