Then the interesting comparison may be regular pouches versus the mixed work, not robot versus no robot. You can keep a useful limited job without signing yourself up to rescue every new bag shape.

Do you have whole-order times for either group, including preparation, clearing leftovers and changing guides? I wouldn't compare the automatic transfer time with someone's complete manual job and call that the answer.

Yes, thanks Ben. Record that separately from hands-on labour so the delay stays visible without pretending Anika worked continuously through it. Existing order notes may already show where those waits occurred.
