Actual pad contact and mounting. Compare the physical pads with the intended pair. A bag label is not enough. Also look underneath the tray at its locating contacts.

11分We've watched the near row most because it's easiest to see. So I don't know about all pockets. Pads were replaced recently, but the first correction was earlier than that.
22分Who identified the replacement pads? A stores issue record may tell you what was supplied without proving what is now fitted.
6分The old correction matters too. Even a wrong replacement pad would only explain the later behaviour. Keep those program versions for the setup review.
