Our FR10 puck transfer now has three pickup corrections and still grips crookedly. The tray looks fixed, which is what everybody says before suggesting correction number four. I want the pads and tray seating checked first. What detail would you look for that a quick glance misses?
Actual pad contact and mounting. Compare the physical pads with the intended pair. A bag label is not enough. Also look underneath the tray at its locating contacts.
We've watched the near row most because it's easiest to see. So I don't know about all pockets. Pads were replaced recently, but the first correction was earlier than that.
Compare the same identified puck at agreed positions, once the maintainer has checked the assembly. I mean a controlled comparison, not three people picking whatever is closest
Jane, stores supplied the correct reference but maintenance hasn't identified the fitted pair yet. Nina, the three versions are saved. Oliver, I'll ask for the comparison across the tray after that physical check.
